Place a Service Call

If your printer or photocopier requires service, please call dispatch at 763-3000 or use this form to request service and a service technician will be dispatched as soon as possible. For network or computer service calls, please call dispatch.

If you have an equipment ID number (located on an ID tag on the front of the machine) please enter it into the first line below and proceed directly to the "Problem Discription Box" located at the bottom of the page. If you do not have an ID number or you cannot locate it, please fill out the following form in it's entirety. The product ID number is NOT the same as the product model number.
