The service team still has an extremely uncommon young average age, due to each service technician's commitment to their careers at a young age. They have been able to keep themselves knowledgeable of current technologies through intense training programs provided jointly through Ricoh Canada, HP/Compaq, Microsoft and Prince Albert Photocopier.
Prince Albert Photocopier's decision to market Tier 1 products such as HP/Compaq computers and printers, and the Ricoh copier and digital product line, is one of its strongest attributes.
Prince Albert Photocopier has very capable people in every facet of the business. From a very dedicated reception, dispatch and accounting team, to a service department that captured the Samuel McLeod Prince Albert Business Award - "Service Industry", to management who has been selected as a finalist three times in the Prince Albert Samuel McLeod business Awards, to a sales team which finds the best solution to benefit the customer. The addition of a state-of-the-art computerized office equipment system, which tracks each customer's service history, aids our staff in monitoring every facet of our client's needs.
Prince Albert Photocopier has added a Network Team and Document Management Specialists to our team. The Network and Document Management department will provide Compaq and HP solution sales, support and service for our client's networks. In addition, classroom training is offered (in a state-of-the-art facility) to consult and train software support. Prince Albert Photocopier was honored with our second Samuel McLeod Award in 2002 for the "New Product/Service Award" as a result of the development of the new department.
